Can You Change The Text & Menu Of Your Navigation Bar?

I would like to change the Portal text into Home and the Home text into Forum.

It is not possible to change the text, actually.
But, you can add image with desired text on it. Image can added in Admin CP > Display > Pics management.

I get what you mean, change the image on portal to home.
