Two Questions! please help me out if you can!

hello, i need help with two things.
1st thing: When people post pics they are too large.(im using punBB)
idk whats the matter!
as you can see it does not show the complete photo. ive noticed on other forums they have this on top of every pic someone has posted if its too large:

is there any way i can get any of those?


2nd thing: is there any way i can make my forum bigger?

ADMINPANEL>>GENERAL>>CONFIRGURATION>>PAGE STRUCTURE>>And in this box type in the % of the screen you want it to cover: Forum width (number or %):

1. Admin Panel // General // Configuration under Messages & Email // Look for Images resize : // Change the size // Save
