How to add a portal to a forum which didn't have one at the beginning?

Well, how do i add a portal to a forumotion forum which doesnt have one (-yet)
also, how do i add pages like login, register, home etc?

Can i see a link to your forum?

also, you need to activate the portal in the admin panel, if it still doesn't show it you need to change your forum's skin.

The forum just started (i deleted about 10 forums to regain forums lol)

The answer to your query is quite simple Shiny_Darkrai. To get a portal for your forum you do two things.

First go to your Admin Panel>Modules>Portal Management>Portal General Options. Check yes for Portal. Click Save. Then you can start working on your portal to install the widgets etc.

Second, if you want your forum to open at the Portal Page it is Admin Panel>Display>Generalities>General. Check The Portal, save.

Sorry, not sure about that one, Shiny_Darkrai. There may be a way using html or css so will leave that one to the code experts.
