Adding a "Box" Empty Adding a "Box"

Hi. I'm having some trouble here, I searched for awhile and I can't find any codes that allow me to put an announcement like box at the bottom of the page. I wanted it to go after the Forum Statistics and before the Chatbox (I have it at the bottom of my forum). I wanted it to put some affiliates in there and I didn't want to use the Announcement in the Homepage options because it's on the top. I'm using php3.

Can anyone please help me?

That didn't exactly help because even with the box code I don't have the code of the location... It doesn't just pop up where I want (doesn't show up at all actually).
