Solved New Post Button

Just wondering if anyone here could actually help me out with this i have a new site trying to start it off,

but the new post buttons aren't all that great

was wondering if anyone could make one for me

Theme: Music (but headphones or speakers are best)
Colour: Well the site is [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and the same theme, so either a round grey button/metallic etc..
Size: Pref 40 by 40 or at the most 50 by 40

so please if you could help me out it would be much appreciated
