3 Forum-Theme Problems: Image Not Displaying, Bits of Old Themes Remain, Toolbar...
When my group started using Forumotion, we began with a simple theme, and then we started switching board-versions (phpBB2, invision, and etc).
When we try to change the theme of our forums, they continue to show mixed themes (a combination of themes we used in the past). If you looked at YouTubeFans.forumotion.com, you'll see exactly what kind of problems we need help solving:
1. When we install a new theme, parts of our old theme remain on the forum, and we have no idea how that can happen.
2. We posted an image on the forum-thread: [link], and whenever we install a Wibiya toolbar on the forum, the image disappears.
If you look quick enough, you'll notice it disappears when you visit that forum thread. Here's the image that disappears whenever we install the Wibiya toolbar on our forum:
3. Our "Recent Topics" module stops automatically scrolling when the toolbar is displayed. This has happened at all of the forums we've made at this site.
No matter what version of forum-software we use at that YouTube fan-forum, it never fixes the image-disappearing problem or the fact that old buttons from past themes remain on the board.
Thank you so much for your patience & help. Please help us. Our group is working hard to make Forumotion more popular, so we're making fan-forums on your site. We're also pushing to get Forumotion listed at encyclopedia/reference sites.

Please check this out for old images being on the new theme https://help.forumotion.com/hitskincom-support-f48/my-themes-are-changing-by-themselves-t13102.htm
Where did you place Wibiya toolbar at?
Try clearing your cache https://help.forumotion.com/frequently-asked-questions-f5/how-to-clear-the-cache-in-firefox-internet-explore-chrome-t22597.htm

Re: 3 Forum-Theme Problems: Image Not Displaying, Bits of Old Themes Remain, Toolbar...
Thanks for the links. We've made sure that our browser/links & etc. have been refreshed and the cache has been cleared from our browser, as you suggested.
The Wibiya toolbar-code was put in the forum-widgets section (left-side panel) of our YouTube Fans-forum. What else could be the problem that causes the image that's in that forum-thread to disappear when the Wibiya toolbar is re-installed in the forum-module?
I put the code in the "Homepage Announcement" section of my admin-panel, but my community needs to have it show up on all of the pages of that forum.
