Edit post button missing

The "edit" button for posted topics is missing for my general members when they post a topic or reply. The button is present for myself, admin, and my moderators. I have checked the AP and the permissions are correctly set to allow editing of post by the member who posted. I posted this issue previously but, in the wrong section of the forum. I can only assume the mod who locked the topic did not have the ability to move my topic as opposed to locking it. I hope that is the case anyway.

Check none.
Save.
