Members choose themes by them selves how? Empty Members choose themes by them selves how?

How can I add this option, that members choose which theme they want to use? Offcourse if they can. And can I add diferent picteres for diferent themes?

I don't think this is possible with forumotion forums...

I know it is on vBulletin forums.
