Solved Sticky option seems to have disappeared.

I went to create a sticky and the option to do so has disappeared. When I expand the options I only see "you can reply" and "you can moderate". The icons at the bottom are Delete, Send, Move, Lock, Split and Merge.

I am logged in as Admin, but also tried another member with admin rights.

What am I overlooking?

Go to "Edit post" then scrool down and you can see a button that can make it: ANNOUNCE, STICKY, or GLOBAL ANNOUNCE.
