Words that automatically turn into links?

I'm finding this hard to explain. About a year ago, I remember finding a page listing words that would automatically turns into links or a number or whatever. The page was titled "Moderator Control Panel" (on the tab) and it showed the list of words between these symbols: {}. An example would be something like {FORUMLINK}. Sorry if I'm being hard to understand... But can someone tell me how to get to that page again? Any help would be appreciated.
