    Is there a way to automatically send a message to a member when they have been banned?
    If it is possible to do it then is it possible to send a reason for the ban aswell?

    I just have a lot of users to ban and I don't have time to send them all messages manually.

    When they try to log in there will be a screen telling them they were banned. There is a Picture on this screen:

    man it must be tough to be on your forum if you have to ban that many people at once?..

    Anyway when you ban someone just fill in the reason if you wish to.. if not then dont add anything your are not obligated to tell anyone why they were banned.I always give a reason so they atleast know.
    Other then that it's your decision if you want to fill it in or not?but that is the only way banned member will know why they are banned.

    Unless you put all members that you are going to ban in a group. then send out a news letter to that group saying they were banned. then ban them after you send the letter out.
