Why would this be good?
I will now give you an example: If there is a founder and two general administrators, who would hate each-other. And if they're cheeky, they might dare to actually remove the other administrator's status. Which wouldn't be good, especially if founder is away...
And, the same scenario could be if an administrator and, an example, global moderator were in argument...

Restrict management of this group to founders only. Users having group permissions are still able to see this group as well as this group’s members.
