adding sticky to the quick mod tools

I've not got the 'sticky' opportunity on my quick mod tools when I want to change a topic to 'sticky'. Can I add it there or if not where do i make a topic sticky?

scroll down below the send button there is a "options" bar click on the [+] button and it will open that option

Haven't got that I'm afraid. I've got 'jump to' and 'quick mod tools'. Quick mod tools are: delete, sent to basket, move, lock, split, merge. There are no other 'options'. I'm also missing 'announcement'.

Found it. You have to actually go into the post by clicking edit, options is then on left bottom. Why it can't be added to the quick mod tools i don't know.

is it possible to add it to the quick mod tools as it would save time for the mods and admin teams

Sorry but as far as i know, you can't. You can only use it after you expand the options tab.
