How can I...........

Make a section which member can create new threads in, but these threads can only be seen by a admin ect.

Make a new member of staff, but not a mod or admin, like a site helper, I tried this beofre, but couldnt work out how to get them to have permissions to lock threads ect.

Finally, my mods dont have any mods powers, why?

Go to ACP - General - Forum - Categories and forums - Permissions - Advanced Mode: There you will find everything about your questions (:

Ehm Make a group called "Site Helpers" from
ACP - Users & Groups - Groups Administration - New Group.

and back to the "Permissions" and set what they can do or not do by check and uncheck the checkboxes xD
