    I checked the FAQ and it says it's a permission setting problem with the forum.
    But my for all my forums, the "allow special messages" and "allow polls" Permission setting has been ticked.

    Yet me as the admin and none of my members can access it when posting a new topic or reply. What is going on? I literally been trying to figure this out for nearly a month now.

    It's like the menu itself is hidden or unclickable.

    Also forgive my poor choice of using blue text color with the bar. If you look closely it is titled polls, options and all that good stuff. The textbox just doesn't display.

    Hi,

    Head to: Admin panel >> Display > pics management > Advanced Mode > Mini Icons > find the option for "+" and replace it with this: https://2img.net/i/fa/subsilver/tabs_more.gif > Ensure the "hide" box below it is NOT ticked & Save.
