Cannot merge topics

There is a large topic on my website that has been split into two parts. None of the moderators did it (There would be no reason to, and I checked the moderator actions.) So not sure how it was split. When I try to merge both topics again, nothing happens, they remain separate.


Anybody know anything about this?

I want to merge them but nothing happens when I do. I am doing it correctly.

That is perfectly normal, Ill explain.

A thread has a max. of 999 replies, once that limit is hit, the thread is automatically split, being the last 2 pages and the last post contains a link to the next thread.
The "split from" thread is auto-locked, cannot be merged with, and cannot be UN locked.

We cannot edit this feature at this moment
