You can Moderator in your forum.Step Administration Panel>users & groups>Groups>Moderators.Group Members>add member.

I don't think Auto- Moderators is good , because like if some bugs or virus just make your computer freak out and make everyone is Moderators , so your forum will be so bad. You can also make member to Moderators or Administrators.
