Nav Bar Hover/Click Sound

Hey all,

I've been trying to find a topic about this on here, but none that fits my needs Sad

Some time ago i did this forum ( Forum ) and lately i've dug it up and try to fancy it up ouou

but i can't seem to find anything about giving the navigation bar sound effects when hovering your mouse of them or clicking the buttons.

Is there any css code that can do that ??

So it says to put this code:

function PlaySound(url) {
document.all.sound.src = url;
}
</script>

in the head of the webpage ... now um ... where is that lol, sorry for sounding so silly. Or does it just go in the css bit ??
