It doesn't seem to say PhpBB3 or anything anywhere and I took a look at the CSS and it looks completely different.. You'd have to get it customarily made.

Make a request, that's all you can do.

its not that hard... download the template, copy the CSS code, upload the images, add into the rigt spot and tadaa Very Happy
