Change from swedish forum to english part 2

I was to quick on saying the problem was solved in my previous post. I found A-CP -General - Forum - Configuration default language.
I set it to english but still I get my admin panel partly in english and partly in swedish. So I have trouble to find things that you have named in english since they do not exist if I have it in swedish.

Try logging out & logging in to the forum once again.

No, it is still the same
And the language on my test site is still on swedish too and not just the adminpanel.

On the forum, i don't see anything swedish. Moreover, check in the admin panel if it has changed now? Try clearing cache etc.

It didn't help that I cleared the cache. I think it is because I created a swedish forum. So I created a new english one and that one is totally in english. So I think we can say this thread is solved too
