Can you ban people's MAC Address? Empty Can you ban people's MAC Address?

I keep having this guy changing his IP and remaking his account. Is there a way to ban his MAC Address so he can't possibly get on using that computer anymore?

MAC addresses are only used in a local area network, not across the internet. Besides, spoofing your MAC address is easier than changing your IP address.
