Widgets Disappeared

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot. Please move if needed.

This morning I noticed the homepage of my forum was running really slow. I noticed down at the page it said waiting for time zone clock. I removed the clock and the forum page is loading at it's correct speed.

The problem is that now my widgets ( scrolling topics, translator, calendar and twitter ) on the right side are gone.

This is how my settings are -

Display for forum widgets: yes
Width column1 ( left ): 0
Width column3 ( right ): 180
Space between two widgets : 3
Space between columns : 1

can i see the forum? (:

I reinstalled the clock hoping the widgets would come back. No luck.

Still no widgets appearing on the right side.
