Testing a newsletter - problem
Sometimes the newsletter I send looks differently when "delivered" then in the preview. Basically some items "act-up". In order to avoid the unprofessional look, I want to try out the more "complex" newsletters - by sending it first to admin - that is myself - then if it looks good I want to send to all members.
THE PROBLEM is - it stops me from sending - a second or third time - I just have no access! "you cannot send an e-mail at this time. Try late"
This is a problem as often the newsletter is time sensitive.
So I can send it - and take a chance on how it looks - or I may not be able to send it in time at all!
HELP PLEASE
Thanks
JJ

I think its less than that because I have sent more in a day. Have you tried waiting 10 minutes or so?

There is limit to how many you can download to prevent spam. I'm not sure what the limit it but you should make a newsletter and put everything in it at once.

Re: Testing a newsletter - problem
I am putting all the info at once - and sometimes I have a newsletter maybe about once a week.
The problem I have is that I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO SEE WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE WHEN IT ARRIVES. because i find at times that the preview does not give me the accurate picture of what the e-mail should look like.
I WANT to send it to just me, until I am happy with the "product/newsletter" looks. So definitely I am not spamming (not sending to members).
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE give me advise how can I do that (test the mail) without the system trying to stop me from sending more newsletters?
Thanks
JJ

There is nothing you can do to stop the limit even if you are sending it to yourself. You might be able to make a HTML page and do it from that.
