Christmas/Winter Navbar Empty Christmas/Winter Navbar

Post by ginger Thu 16 Dec 2010 - 8:10

Here's something I threw together after I found a font I wanted to play with lol

I know the parts that are supposed to be snow look like it's grass stained, but I haven't quite figured out how to fix it yet (anybody that does, please give me tips how to, using Gimp) Feedback is greatly appreciated! Smile

Okay, here's the one I made up with the white text instead...

The text would look better if it were white, but the background is great.

I have one made up in white saved on the computer, I just hadn't 'chopped it up' yet, I'll get it cut apart as soon as I can and I'll get it up.

It's best to use neutral fonts that everyone else would agree with instead of decorative fonts. :] Some people stick with Arial, some swear by Verdana or Helvetica (♥), but what's best is that those fonts are typically pleasing to most. For a nav bar which every forum member will see, it's important to have a font that everyone won't find an objection to. :] But I'm not gonna lie, that font is pretty cute. ♥
