Themes Empty Themes

I can't figure out how to get better thems for my forum. The only ones I see are those Prosilver layouts. What ever happened to those other themes? Question

If you are using the Version 3 , so I don't have the answer for you. IF you using the old version , I have the answer for you. I think you have to install it , so it got more background for you.
