Home Button Empty Home Button

Is there any way to either : delete, change, rename, etc. the default home button on the forums? I wish to change it since I have made a portal page my home page, but the forum is listed as 'Home' under the navigation bar.

If there is a way to just rename the Home thing to be 'Forums' thatd be great.
