"About Forumotion" Quick Links

Good evening ladies and gentlemen,

I was wondering if I could get the code so I could have my forums have the same structure as the help.forumotion.com's structure.

An example is like here, where the "About Forumotion" shows 4 links with the pictures right beside them. I am trying to figure out how to do that but it seems I can't get the trick of it. I tried putting <img src="x"> and aligning them but it did not work.
