Colors wont change

I found this here: https://help.forumotion.com/t51059-cannot-change-anything-on-the-layout-with-basic-colors?highlight=Colors+++-changing and it doesn't help at all. Can anyone help?
I'm using phpBB3 if that helps... Please help.

Have you tried changing it on:
Admin panel > Display > Colors > Change it there

Or through your CSS:
Admin Panel > Display > Colors > CSS stylesheet

You can look on the Tricks & tips section for some CSS tutorials.

It didn't change... So I changed to phpBB2
