Options change themselves. Empty Options change themselves.

Alright this is not the first time I have had this problem but here is the latest one. I wanted to create an event calender so I created a forums for the events to be sent too. I selected it in my admin panel and the next thing I know is it changes to a completely different forums.

This also happens when I select mods for a forums. It always changes....

Someone please help.
