I'm a little confused. Do you want an image that is 406x57, or do you want 3 images like those in that image. Also, do you mean you want text in the images, or what?

Here's other example [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] with icons and text of [New Post, No New and Locked] . Any icons is ok with me Smile .
