Changing color of topic lines, and how do mods see report lists?

I have two questions...

1) How do mods see report lists? Where they go to see it?

2) How do I change the color of lines that separate the topics? Like the topic seprating bar.

You know when you see topics with all the threads? on these forums u havea white line after each topic? I want to do that....

yeah screen.. you mean like this lil white border going around our post.
It might be something thats just in the skin?

but depending what it is you mean. you can most likely do it in your colors list or css

oh you know what now i remember now.. lol
it's your (forum line) color in your colors list

go to

admin panel>display>colors.

scroll down to forum line,change the color there and hit save

remember for colors if your not sure whats what you can drag the lil preview box as you go along. then click on a color and you will see the section highlight in red.. then you will know what color is going to be where .

i tryed that but it doesnt show new color.....

also i commented in the chat box thread mate...

I dont know why it would not be working.. what forum version do you have.
You should realy go to your profile here and set your forum versions and what browswer you are useing. this helps us a lot so we dont have to ask

i have phpbb3, and google chrome....i hit save...

i see the color is saved but its not showing up on forum

you might have something in your css.. or it's another color not letting it come through for some reason, you have to fiddle around with the colors sometimes befor you get it right.

oh you know what try this to.. since you have a background image try changing your background color to black and see if that helps. if it dose then i will have to give you something to fix the drop down menu fields... lol
i know things are a pain sometimes, but it's always like that when you are first creating and customizing your forums how you want them.

But befor we go there. do you have any css on your forum.. if so post you css code and let me have a look at it.
