Is there any way I can moove a coment, as I'm admin (not founder)?

Exactly how/where do you want to move the comment?
Just for clarification: Comment = topic reply, right?

Yes, Comment = topic reply.
I want to move it in another topic.
Sometimes there are simular topics and users write in both of them before me or some of the moderators lock one of them. I want to save users comment, but move it into the other topic, so I can send this one into the basket. Is that even posible?

At the bottom of the page should be right or left you will see Merge. Click that to merge topics together.
