i have no reply and its been 3 days, does this mean i lost the domain name?

No, Typlo is a very busy person on the forums. He does a lot and he is the only person here that can do the things he does on the forums. You will have to sit tight and wait for a response. If you want, you can wait 72 hours and then send him another PM.

He's out for the office on the weekends. Monday he returns. You will need to keep PMing him every 24 to 48 hours if you don't get a reply or the action doesn't happen. I know that he won't reply sometimes because he is busy but he has done your request and will just show up in your email you used when you bought the domain name.

Do you know how busy he really is? He has to manage all of Forumotion. He also, as MrMario stated, doesn't work on the weekends. You will need to wait until he replies.

i bought the domain here and like a week later you ban my site but it had nothing against the terms of service
