.bbtheme layouts Empty .bbtheme layouts

Hello, I just wanted to say that I'm sick and tired of the very few theme layouts available in forumotion. I know about the .bbtheme in import new themes but this is ridiculous! There are not enough PHPBB3 themes available. I want to know if you can create a new system that we can import ANY theme that the Admin wants as long as it comes from PHPBB. Other PHPBB site have that option, why not this one?
