Need to know how to change titles

Hey guys, i need help on changing the color of the title text. Ill post pictures to show what i mean:Sorry it had to be highlighted but thats the only way you could see it, which is why it needs to be changed

Those aren't the only things im trying to change, im just showing you what i mean by title, basically everything thats like that i need to change to white or light grey.

After you tell me how to change it can you please give me the code's for light grey and white? (If it is a code, and not just something on the admin panel..)

Hi, go to the admin panel - display - colors / css stylesheet, add this code:

.module .h3 {color:silver !important;}

(choose the color you want). test and tell us. greetings

It worked for everything except for the part on the main forum where it says "Welcome To gamenation forum"
Its in the second picture in the middle....
