Info center not showing Empty Info center not showing

Yes it is checked to show list of members online in the past 24 hours.I tried different skins and it still doesn't show.What could be wrong?Thank you.http://soapdreams.go-board.com/index.htm

Well I got the skin fixed and info center showing but wonder why the others didn't show.I tried at least 4 skins.
