forum got hacked

i am sorry if i"m in the wrong section, and if i am, please reroute this to the correct section.

so, as the title suggests, my forum got hacked and i lost my administrator powers, our founder have been gone for years now and not likely to return, all our administrators have lost their powers as well and we are in a bit of a gem...

first things first- thank you for your reply.
second- i"m not the founder, our founder left without giving his password to anyone.
third- my forum was already being hacked, the steps you provided me are not useful to me since i"m not the administrator now and they prevent hacking, not giving an answer to a forum already hacked.

is there anything else? please, i need your help.

Guess firstly you need to prove what you said, and wait admin to do their part. hope they will.

You won't get the forum back if the forum founder is not even active to perform backups on the forum.
