need html code-forum banner/logo not in position

HELP! i have tried all i can to position my banner in the right place. this is a screenshot:

As you can see, it is out of place. i would like it in this position:

I think that's a problem with your forum theme, have you tried other themes and re-uploading the banner and see if it's positioned on the right spot?
