Site different to Admin panel

I am in serious trouble here and deperately need help!
When I look at my site www.carlriseley.forumotion.com
I have 2 categories (Anything carl & Carl's Photo Gallery) with 1 forum off 'Anything Carl' and numerous forums and sub forums off 'Carl's Photo Gallery'
But when I look at the Admin Panel Forum-Categories and Forums
I have 6 categories ...............

Why doesn't my site reflect what I am seeing in the admin panel.
I want it to look like the admin panel!

Please help me. I am really new to this and getting more and more frustrated and there are a lot of kids relying on me to get this up and running by the weekend!

Which picture your forum looks like? 1 or 2?
1. Is an Old Version , so it must kinda diff.
2. New Version.

Oh..in that case I'm using the new version...same as the 1st picture.....but I was under the impression this was the old version...anyway...that's not important. It's definetely the sam as the 1st picture!
