How to hide the link´s

Firs I say Thank´s to Staff of this forum for helping to as.
How Can I make my forum to hide links for not registred users, or for users under 10 post?
I have a question about Hide link´s, I put a code inside on css, it work but it doesn´t show to users that the link has been hided e.g from an author, but it show nothing just empty space.
How can I do it to show something e.g : "Hide Link" or something like this, or to show an image.
