I really need a sheild/Crest, and a Web Banner desperatley! Help!

Size (In Pixels): Banner=900px by 200px (See links below); Shield/Crest: 160px by 155px
With or Without Animation: none (precise the kind of animation you want)

Extra Comments: I need a shield or crest like the example above, but in the colors of the forum. The shield or crest needs to mesh with the banner. The banner that I have up now is very boring, and cheap looking. The words "Brute Force Tactical Unit", needs to be somewhere on the "Banner". And the abbrieviation "BFTU", needs to be on the crest. The forum I'm running is for a special unit task force in Battlefield Bad Co. II (just a side note)

This is the best I can do for a description of what I need. The crest does not have to be the one I have on this page, it can be something off the net. I googled this one just to get an idea of the image i want in general.
