The text is barely visible, imo most important thing,
also i think the size is too big for use, for people of this forum (they usualy dont have any programs to resize themselves).

Good job on the icons, and i think you know exactly what you're doing, cause
the ranks look preety solid overall, you just need to fix the flaws in the future.
