Contact form who can use it

I have never used the contact form but what is it and can it be used for non-members to enquire about the forum? Or what is it for?

the contact form (/contact.forum)

is available only for members...
if you write there you can contact administrator and/or moderators by Mail or PM (see Admin panel)


but you can search on google a contact form for guest!

The Contact page can be use by Non-members ( Guests ) by simply clicking on " Contact " given at the bottom of your Forum. Non-members do contact with only Administrators by this contact page . Following Fields are required :-

> Message content :
> E-mail Address :
> Confirmation Code :
