Hello, I have two questions.

1) Can I make it where at the bottom of the page, it has a option where a user can choose their template they want to use for this forum? (as im planning on making a black forum, and I have a blue forum, so if a user doesnt like one, they can choose the other one)?

2) If I change the colors of the template (using Phpbb3), and then I decide I want to change back, can I?
