Fake Message

There is a message that pops up on my forum and when clicked , it floods the browser with it address . The address is get.whitesmoke.com . I was wondering if forumotion could block this URL ???

Could I get the URL of your forum, and where it starts occurring (IE: A thread) and how long it's been persisting for?

There is one member who has reported it . I have never seen it myself . My forum URL is http://avoyelleslife.forumotion.com/ . I have messaged the member and asked him when and where it pops up . Waiting on a reply .

This was the members reply :

The message block pops up at the top of the opening page where the bottom ad is. It says "you have 1 message" with an animated large envelope.

Those are ads.
