Add facebook login feature

When I am trying to add this feature I get this message on facebook:
Info: I translated the message in english but the error is the same.

You need to add a credit card or mobile phone number on Facebook. You will be fine after that.

Sorry you will need to go on Facebook and search how. We don't provide support for Facebook.
