How do I get the paint buckets to appear?

In the pic below i used to have thoses little paint buckets next to the color code. Now thay are not there so how do i bring them back? Im trying to change the text color on my homepage.

Sometimes I have to reload the page to see mine. They don't load right for some reason sometimes.

Okay i'll they that, they were there today so i change colors, then checked out the home page and then went back the color boxes were gone.
