Can't Get My Links to Work
I can't get my html coded links to work. My coding is correct, but the links, instead of going to the post that they're supposed to, keep going to the homepage of the forum.
What am I doing wrong? Is there something that I still need to enable for them to work correctly?

Re: Can't Get My Links to Work
Yes it is, both on the site and on my profile. the site recognizes that it is a link but doesn't go to the linked post, all it did was redirect me to the front page.

Re: Can't Get My Links to Work
but i never needed that extra stuff before nor needed it anywhere else and i'm not finding any reference in any of my html code books on what the extra parts do.
what does (class="postlink" target="_blank" rel="nofollow") do exactly?
[goes and tries it despite not knowing what it does, praying that she doesn't crash the site] um...same problem. The link sends me to the home page instead of the post.
Is there something that needs to be enabled for links to work?

Re: Can't Get My Links to Work
Update: Despite what five sources of html coding all agreeing to the same thing and what has worked everywhere else in the past, removing the quotation marks from around the url appears to have fixed it.
I have no clue why. But that's what finally worked.
Thank you for all your guys' help. (Tho' I'm still curious as to what that extra bit of coding does...)
