Maintenance in Progress???

I searched for and found a similar post about this issue, but no outcome. Our forum has been like this for about 6 hours now. Any advise would be much appreciated.

There is a similar topic Here. It is Something the Forumotion Crew is working on, updating, Fixing or something. It was on my forum for awhile. But Don't worry it is not permanent.

P.S On my forum, It was like that for about eight hours!

Yeh - that other post stated that the issue was resolved. However it didn't say if the resolution was site wide or if it was just for that one forum.

Mine - http://lass.vampire-legend.net/ - is out just now too and has been for over 5 hours. I do need in cause I had something planned for tonight which is now ruined thanks to this error message. Sad

Hope it gets done ASAP!!

Cool then, I guess the maintenance is over since I'm able to open some forums, feel free to open a new topic when you get the same or another problem. Wink

I thought I would post. I found a message from the big man.

Good evening,

We had a legal problem with the authorities who put a server offline for 2-5 days. We have absolutely not been advised of this restriction and hundreds of forums have been a maintenance page for several hours.

Instead of letting the maintenance page on the forums affected by this problem for some days, we preferred to create a new server with backups of these forums.

These forums are now back online and functional.
But the backup use data of 14/04/2011 at 8:00 am.

When the original server will be back online, it will be possible to retrieve posts from these 2 days. But for now it is not clear yet because a mixture might happen with posts from now

Sorry again for all affected users.
