How to add categorys on Invision?

I cant add categorys on my forum http://crocf.forumcroatian.com/ but my friend can add it even if we use same version ( Invision ) ,here is his forum http://cob-clan.forumotion.com/forum .
Could anyone explain me what to do?

Explain more?... have you tried to.. via the Admin panel

and what has happened?

ACP>>General>>catagories and forums click on the '+' sign next to the created forums to add

I found what i needed to do.
Display>Structure & Hierarchy>Split categories on index>Medium.

You could make a translate widget http://translate.google.com/translate_tools

as your forum is of a mixed language

Good idea. I made this forum only for ppl from Croatia,we doing Croatian Cross Fire league.

You have picked the wrong translate widget

It should be this code to translate Croatian to English and put it in your forum index widgets panel
